Fees include lunch, refreshments, conference dinner, printed proceedings, evening events, etc. Workshop participants should also register for the conference too. Please note the special Workshop-only policy explained below **.

** Workshop-only Participation Policy
We grant the possibility to participate in only a workshop for participants who do not have an academic connection to the main theme of the conference, for instance activists, people from outlandish disciplines, practitioners, etc. We do not grant workshop-only participation to participants affiliated with institutions doing research in the broad area of ICT.
Workshop-only participation will be granted by the conference chairs in cooperation with the workshop chairs on a case-by-case basis.
Workshop-only fees will be slightly higher than the ordinary fee: Normal 600DKK (late: 800DKK), Student 400DKK (late: 600DKK).
