Aren't we all international?

Danish-Chinese leadership teams: intercultural challenges and solutions. Based on my most recent research on intercultural cooperation between Danes and Chinese in Danish companies in China, I will outline different types of challenges emerging in intercultural teams. I will show how important the cultural perception of the team leader is for intercultural team work in general, but in particular for reaping the benefits of cultural diversity. Solutions will also be proposed for further discussions with the audience.
