In order to obtain the stated room prices, your reservation must be made through KongresKompagniet. The conference hotels are booked on a first come, first served basis.
Please note: Payment for accommodation must be made directly to the hotel upon departure.

KongresKompagniet will send you a confirmation of your registration and hotel reservation upon receipt of your registration form and registration fee. Please bring along these receipts for presentation at the registration desk on your arrival.
