Transportation costs in Denmark are to be covered by the participants themselves, but the organisers will arrange for symposium buses from selected departure points (both ways) at a favourable price if enough participants register for it.
Participants from outside Denmark are recommended to fly into Billund Airport (BLL) from various (transit) airports. A symposium bus to depart from outside the airport on Monday, 16 October, could be ordered for:
A symposium bus from Sandbjerg Manor House to Billund Airport would enable departure flights on 19 October from 6:30 PM onwards.
If you arrive at other hours in Billund Airport or in any other airport in Denmark, especially if you arrive together with other participants, it would be recommendable, also financially, to rent a car. To book, see e.g.

Participants coming through/from Copenhagen, who do not have access to a private car, are recommended to take the direct train to Soenderborg Station, leaving Copenhagen at 1:54 PM on Monday, 16 October.
There is also a direct flight from Copenhagen to Soenderborg Airport.
Participants coming through/from Aarhus, who do not have access to a private car, are recommended to take the train via Fredericia to Soenderborg, leaving Aarhus at 2:42 PM on Monday, 16 October.
