Information for posters

Poster will be displayed at the entrance hall of Moesgaard Museum during the first afternoon of the conference (see program). Poster presenters should mount their posters soon after arrival Monday morning

Poster boards – covered in soft canvas- will be available. Dimensions:  150cm (width) * 120 cm (height). Poster pins will be available on site.

Note that due to public use of the venue, posters boards will be removed already by Tuesday morning at 8am.

Therefore we ask you to take down your poster at the end of the session on Monday evening.

 

Information for oral presentation

Presentation should be in PDF or Powerpoint.

Presentations should be uploaded at the latest at the break preceding the session. Please avoid using your own laptop to facilitate a smooth transition between the talks.
