Paper Submissions

29th EG-ICE International Workshop on Intelligent Computing in Engineering, Aarhus, Denmark, July 6-8, 2022

Paper Submissions

  • Extended abstract submissions are optional.
  • Authors are invited to submit extended abstract/s and full paper/s through the EasyChair conference management system. Detailed instructions on how to submit an extended abstract or full paper are given in the paper template.
  • Authors must use the paper template. Please read and follow this document very carefully. Submissions at any stage of the reviewing and acceptance process must strictly follow the provided template. Any deviation may lead to a reject without review. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Upon the final paper submission (aka. camera-ready submission), please comfortably upload your latest version to EasyChair using the same paper ID. There is no need to create a new submission. By uploading a new version it will automatically replace the existing paper version that was used earlier at the paper reviewing stage. FYI: If you like you can attach a rebuttal letter separately using the "Attach document" function in Easy Chair.
  • Upon replacing the existing with your final verion, the next very important step is that one of the paper authors (preferably and only the corresponding author) must submit the Copyright Transfer Form for each of their papers to cschultz@ece.au.dk. Only e-mails will be accepted. The file name of the corresponding author's copyright transfer form should contain EasyChair's paper identification number only. Your e-mail header should say "EG-ICE 2022: Copyright Transfer Form". Thank you.

Best Paper Award

To celebrate and support novelty in research, we have initiated a rigorous paper review process and an independent awards committee that assesses and selects a Best Paper Award among all paper submissions and corresponding presentations. While the indpendent awards panel reserves the right to interpret the rules of the selection., the objective of this annual EG-ICE Best Paper Award is to recognize a Ph.D. student's outstanding contribution to the body of theoretical or practical knowledge in computing in engineering. The award includes a cash price, requesting the awardeee to give an awards lecture at next year's EG-ICE workshop. The award winner will be announced in the closing session of the workshop.

Invitations for Selected Papers to Special Issue:

Selected papers of EG-ICE 2022 will be accepted for an invitation to a Special Issue in Advanced Engineering InformaticsMore details will follow in 2022 for the selected paper authors.
