Regular and student registration includes admission to all technical sessions, welcome reception, lunches, coffee breaks, cultural visit (on your own), and gala dinner. Please use this link to sign up and register for the 2022 EG-ICE international workshop.  A currency converter is available here.

Please note:

• At least one full registration per accepted paper is required before the early-bird registration deadline ends. First example: A student and the advisor co-authored two papers. One of their papers has a third student co-author. All authors want to attend. This configuration requires two full registrations (covering the two papers) and one student registration (third co-author). Second example: A student  author wrote a single-author paper. A full registration is required. Third example: Professors at all ranks, PostDocs, and Professionals from Industry require each one full registration to attend EG-ICE 2022.
• Every registration includes one free ticket to the ARoS Aarhus Arts Museum (a 20 Euro value sponsored by the Aarhus Kommune). The entrance ticket will be included in the welcome package. You are invited to make your own arrangements to ARoS (i.e., a group visit will not be arranged as part of the workshop program). If needed, the welcome package can be picked up before the EG-ICE workshop starts. Further instructions will follow as the event gets closer.
• Refunds of any kind or changes to registrations are not possible due to firm bookings/reservations of the workshop venues.

* The number of participants (in particular for the gala dinner) is limited and admission will be granted on a first come, first served basis. An on-time early bird registration is highly recommended!

** To qualify for the student attendees registration (Ph.D./master/bachelor), we require verification. Please send valid proof (e..g, current student ID or current official university enrollment certificate) to this e-mail. Thank you.
