It is not an obligation for presenters to submit full papers. Where papers are not available discussants should refer to abstracts printed in the programme publication. 

Authors of papers finalized after the deadline are invited to email a copy directly to their discussant and other session co-presenters. Kindly refer to the presenters’ instructions on page 10 in the full conference programme. (Email addresses can be acquired from the conference secretariat if you cannot find them with a search engine).
