The 15th edition of the International Conference on the Applications of Magnetic Resonance in Food Science (MRFOOD2022) will be held on June 7-10, 2022 at Aarhus University, Denmark.
The conference covers multiple aspects of the application of magnetic resonance to food and food products by presenting the latest innovations to understand the functionality of foods, their processing, their stability, and their impact on health and sensorial perception. Oral and poster presentations will deal with new techniques in low and high field NMR, quantitative NMR (qNMR), signal processing, food physics, food technologies, foodomics, food authenticity, quality and safety, as well as imaging and diffusometry.
MRFOOD2022 consists of daily plenary presentations and comprises a rigorously refereed selection of submitted papers for which abstracts are invited (see Abstract Submission).
For the fifth time, the conference will be organized under the auspices of the Groupement AMPERE.
