It is no longer possible to submit abstracts for the conference.
The recommended size of posters is 841 × 1189 mm (width x height) corresponding to standard size A0.
Abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Scientific Advisory Board. Acceptance or rejection of an abstract is based on the average grade awarded by the reviewers and at the discretion of the Scientific Abstract Selection Committee.
The deadline for abstract submission is January 15, 2022 for an oral presentation and February 15, 2022 for a poster presentation.
The submitting authors will be notified in February 2022 via the email address (submitting author) provided during submission, whether their abstract has been accepted for an oral presentation. They will be informed at the same time about the format of their presentation. Later, they will receive an email indicating the date and time of their presentation.
Conference registration and attendance
Submission of an abstract does not constitute registration for the conference. Submission of an abstract implies the commitment that if the abstract is accepted, the presenting author will attend the meeting and implies the expectation that financial resources to attend are available. If the original presenting author is unable to present, one of the co-authors should take over this responsibility.
Themes
Abstracts can be submitted under the following themes:
Abstract Submission (use template)
Please submit a one-page abstract by informing if it will be a poster presentation or an oral presentation. Please follow the instructions carefully and choose an appropriate theme.
The submission should be all text detailing the objective of the work, methodological detail (particularly if deviation from standards and norms), main results of the study, and implications, meanings, and conclusions that can be drawn from the data of the work you want to present. If your contribution does not fit this structure, please adapt an appropriate structured style. There is no minimum word count but sufficient detail must be presented to allow review. If you are struggling with a data requirement to support your abstract, please submit it as it will still be considered for acceptance.
