General information

The Young Atom Optician conference is aimed at young researchers – mostly PhD students –  in the fields of quantum optics, quantum simulation, quantum information and metrology, trapped atoms, molecules and ions, circuit and cavity QED and photonics. We welcome both experimental and theoretical contributions. Like in previous years we would like to ensure room for personal discussions and therefore have to limit the number of participants to about 100. All participants are expected to present their current work in a talk or poster.

Conference fee

We offer two options: 2300 DKK with or 250 DKK without accommodation.  Depending on your choice the conference fee includes housing from Sunday to Friday in a shared double room at a hotel in Aarhus. Lunch, coffee breaks, social events and conference dinner are included in both options and breakfast included with accommodation. The conference fee does not include travel expenses or other meals than those mentioned before. The conference fee is due with your final inscription after your abstract has been accepted.
