Venue: IT Campus Katrinebjerg, Aarhus University
This pre-conference event is an opportunity for PhD students in TV studies to network with peers in their field, practice communicating their research beyond the paper and get advice on career-planning by mentors at different stages of their own academic careers. In short: We want to talk about the things we don’t talk about enough! Seasoned researchers Trine Syvertsen (Professor at University of Oslo, NOR), Lothar Mikos (Professor at Film University, Potsdam, DE), Susanne Eichner (Associate Professor, Aarhus University), Pei-Sze Chow (Marie Curie Fellow, Aarhus University) and Cathrin Bengesser (PhD student, Birkbeck, University of London) share their experiences.
The pre-conference is organised by Cathrin Bengesser (PhD student at Birkbeck, University of London, UK) and Susanne Eichner (Associate Professor, Aarhus University).
The event is free, coffee/tea & lunch bags are provided.
