- Maps will indicate routes specifically suitable for wheelchair users and individuals with limited mobility.
- All buildings are accessible
- Accessible toilets are available throughout the venue.
Childcare and family support
We welcome families and aim to support caregivers attending the conference.
- Children are welcome in all conference spaces, including scientific sessions and social events.
- Breastfeeding is allowed everywhere at the venue.
- A dedicated family room will be available, equipped with:
- a calm space
- a microwave, tap water access
- chairs for feeding
- space for naps
- Changing table will be available in a designated bathroom
- We do not provide childcare services, but informal family-friendly spaces will be available at the venue.
Calm and quiet spaces
We recognise the need for sensory breaks and silent workspaces during large events.
- Designated calm rooms will be available for rest, reflection, or quiet work.
- These rooms are separate from informal meeting spaces and will be clearly signposted.
Please don’t hesitate to contact the local organizers for further information.
