All participants must submit a completed registration form. Deadline for registration (scientific program as well as lunch and dinner) is 25 October 2015. After this deadline, you can register for the scientific event only. We have limited seats available, so hurry up and register now!

Participation in the scientific program (oral presentations, poster session) is free of charge.

You can sign up for lunch on Thursday and Friday (November 26 and 27, 2015). Lunch costs kr. 100 in total (sandwich plus water).

You can also participate in the conference dinner on November 26, 2015. It will be served at CANblau and costs kr. 700 including an accompanying wine menu.

Payment

It is your responsibility to make sure that the payment is credited on our account with the mentioned code. Note that we will cancel your participation in lunches and dinner, if the payment has not been credited on our account by 1 November, 2015.  

Cancellation and Refund Policy

To cancel your registration you must send an email to Zitta G. NygaardRegistration & accomodation. You must mention, if you intended to present a poster and if you registered for the lunch and/or dinner.

• Requests received by 25 October 2015 will incur no cancellation fee.
• Requests received after 25 October 2015 will incur a 100% cancellation fee, and we will not refund any payment you made.

Meals and accomodation will be at your own expense.

Aarhus has a variety of hotels located in the center of the city. On the map are hotels recommended by the university.
