Conference fees

Conference fees cover all daytime conference meals (4 lunches, 9 x coffee and condiments, 5 afternoon receptions) and the printed conference program with abstracts and brief presentations of all speaker.

Early registration (January 22-March 15)

  • Student: 500 DKK = about 65 €
  • Junior researcher (PhD Student or Post-Doc): 600 = about 80 €
  • Researcher: 650 = about 90 €
  • Participant (without academic affiliation): 750 = about 100 €
  • AU-students (admission only, without meals or coffee): free, but admission is conditional on numbers of registered guests with payment

Normal registration (March 16-September 30)

  • Student: 700 DKK = about 95 €
  • Junior researcher (PhD Student or Post-Doc): 1125 DKK = about 150 €
  • Researcher: 1500 DKK = about 200 €
  • Participant (without academic affiliation): 1800 = about 240 €
  • AU-students (admission only, without meals or coffee): free, but admission is conditional on numbers of registered guests with payment

Late registration (October 1-October 21)

  • Student: 700 DKK = about 95 €
  • Junior researcher (PhD Student or Post-Doc): 1125 DKK = about 150 €
  • Researcher: 1800 DKK = about 240 €
  • Participant (without academic affiliation): 2000 DKK = about 280 €
  • AU-students (admission only, without meals or coffee): free, but admission is conditional on numbers of registered guests with payment

Additional

  • Conference Gala Dinner: 70 €

Registration fees are fully refundable before August 15; if you need to cancel your registration after August 15, we will refund 50 %.

If you participate for less than 50% of the conference period, please register in the normal categories and contact the organizers for a 50% refund.

Authors of accepted papers and posters will receive an electronic copy of the proceedings.

(Note: the conference fees had to be raised by 25% on August 15; this is due to  the fact that practical circumstances required to include 5 additional receptions onsite. We regret this cricumstance and hope our participants will understand practical necessities.)
