Travel
All participants are themselves responsible for their travel arrangements to the workshop. Speakers will have their expenses for travel reimbursed after the event. Sofia Rasmussen will distribute information regarding reimbursements to all speakers, once the schedule has been completed. For more information about getting to Denmark, and the venue, please see specifications about transportation.
Accommodation
Event organizers will arrange and pay for hotel rooms (single room) for all participants from May 29-31 at hotel The Mayor in the city center. The booking is organized by Sofia Rasmussen. If you need additional nights, those are at your own expense but you can contact Sofia if you want to stay in the same room.
Bus from hotel to venue
We have organized that a bus will depart from the Mayor hotel 8:30 on May 30 and 31. For those leaving after the workshop we will arrange luggage storage at the department.
Food
During your stay at Aarhus University all meals will be served for free. Breakfast will be served at the hotel, lunch and snacks during coffee breaks will be available at the workshop venue on May 30 and 31. Moreover, all participants are invited for a conference dinner at restaurant Hærværk on the evening of May 30. If you have specific dietary requirements, please contact Sofia Rasmussen.

Pen and paper
Event organizers will supply pens and paper for each participant.
WiFi
When you are at Aarhus University you can log-on to the free wireless network AU guest. For those staying at the hotel, free wi-fi is available in all rooms.
