Abstracts can be submitted via the conference e-mail: EUROPHRAS2025@cc.au.dk from 15 August to 1 October 2024. All abstracts will be reviewed by two members of the Scientific Committee and the authors will be notified of their acceptance before the end of December 2024.

EUROPHRAS 2025 invites three types of submissions:

• Oral presentation: Abstracts should not exceed 300 words, excluding figures and references.
• Poster presentation: Abstracts should not exceed 200 words, excluding figures and references.
• Workshop proposal: Abstracts should be approximately 500 words, excluding figures and references.

Please submit your abstract in the same language as your paper. The conference languages are French, English, German, Italian, and Spanish. To facilitate understanding and discussion at the conference, we encourage a multilingual approach, e.g. using different languages in the oral presentation, in handouts and slides.
