Practical and important information:
Key for the room/apartment must be picked up from the Information Office which is situated immediately to the left when you enter the main entrance of the Department of Mathematics.
Opening hours of the Information Office:
Monday – Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 15:30 p.m.
Friday 8:00 a.m. - 15:00 p.m.
Please note that the key to your room must be picked up during these opening hours.
Arrival must be after 14:00 p.m. and departure before 10:30 a.m.
Cancellations can be made up until 2 pm on the day before arrival. If you fail to arrive without cancelling in advance or if you cancel after 2 pm on the day before arrival, you will be charged for one night.
Please be aware that we can only accept cash payment in Danish kroner
There are no meals included but each apartment has its own kitchen, and the rooms have shared kitchen facilities. The Mathematics canteen in building 1530 is open on weekdays from 8.00 a.m. – 16:00 p.m. and 17:30 p.m.-21:15 p.m.
