Participation fee is 4.350 DKK (including VAT) covering seminar fee, accommodation and food during the event.
Participation fee from 1 May is 4.850 DKK (including VAT) covering seminar fee, accommodation and food during the event.
Payment
The participation fee is paid when registering for the event. A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail.
Cancellation policy
According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the conference.
For cancellations received by 15 May 2026, the paid participation fees will be fully refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows.
Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge.
Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to charlotte.knudsen@agro.au.dk
