Registration deadlines:
Registration fees (early bird / regular):
Students: MSc and PhD students.
Early-career researcher: Postdoctoral researchers within 5 years of PhD completion
Supporter: Optional higher registration fee. Includes the same benefits as standard registration.
Cancellation policy: Registration fees are non-refundable. Substitution of participants is permitted at no additional cost.
Travel support:
Limited travel support may be available for students and early-career researchers with restricted access to institutional funding. Details will be announced separately.
