Applicants with accepted abstract are now invited to register. Please note that the workshop is already filled to capacity and that new abstracts can no longer be accepted.
Accepted applicants are invited to register. A fee of 2500 DKK will be due at the time of registration.
A link to the registration and payment of the workshop fee will be sent to accepted participants.
By registration, the workshop fee of 2500 DKK must be paid.
In case of cancellation by a participant before June 1, 2022, due to corona virus or other compelling reason, the registration fee will be fully refunded.
Deadline for registration is 1 June, 2022.
Registration fee
Registration fee is due by registration to the workshop. The registration fee for each participant is: Danish Kroner DKK 2500 (equivalent to approx. EUR 336 or USD 382, according to exchange rates 15 January, 2022).
Please notice payment by credit card only.
Registration is only open for accepted participants
Registration closes 1 June, 2022.
Invited speakers should not pay the registration fee.
The registration fee includes attendance, lodging, meals, and incidentals as follows:
- Abstract book
- Accomodation at Sandbjerg Manor for 4 nights
- Breakfast Tuesday-Friday
- Lunch: Tuesday-Thursday
- Tea and coffee during the workshop
- Dinner: Monday-Thursday:
- Mixer with drinks and Buffet Dinner, Monday
- Social Evening, Tuesday
- Buffet Dinner, Wednesday
- Conference Dinner, Thursday

Drinks - soft drink, beer and wine - can be purchased in the canteen at Sandbjerg Manor. The venue accepts credit cards and Danish cash
