Recommended Conference Hotels

Conference participants can book at two centrally located hotels to reduced Aarhus University prices (all prices are per night and include breakfast and wifi):

Hotel Royal: Located in the absolute city centre, walking distance to conference venue: 1.2 km. Reduced Aarhus University prices: single room 995 DKK, standard room 1,045 DKK, standard plus room 1,145 DKK. To take advantage of these prices, please e-mail the hotel directly at royal@hotelroyal.dk (do NOT use the online booking) and mention that you are participating in the Nordic Society of Aesthetics Conference at Aarhus University.

Hotel Scandic Aarhus City: Located in the city centre, walking distance to conference venue: 1.6 km. Reduced Aarhus University prices: single room 980 DKK, double room 1,180 DKK. To take advantage of these prices, please e-mail the hotel directly at aarhuscity@scandichotels.com (do NOT use the online booking) and mention that you are participating in the Nordic Society of Aesthetics Conference at Aarhus University.

For participants travelling on a reduced budget we recommend Hotel CapInn [m. link til https://www.cabinn.com/en/hotel/cabinn-aarhus-hotel]: Located in the city centre, walking distance to conference venue: 1.6 km. No reduced Aarhus University prices but normal prices starts at 495 DKK for a single room with private bathroom and free wifi (breakfast: 70 DKK). Booking via the hotel website.
