Rio de Janeiro city counts with two airports, one international airport (Aeroporto Internacional Tom Jobim – RIOGaleão) and one domestic airport (Aeroporto Santos Dumont). We recommend attendees to flight directly to Rio de Janeiro city. Other Brazilian cities such as São Paulo and Salvador are alternative options for international flights, but will then require flight (or bus) connections to Rio de Janeiro.
We will also provide a list of accommodation options for different travel budgets - to be available later in 2019.
Depending on your nationality, a visa may be required in order to travel to Brazil. Please check in www.ivisa.com/brazil-visa whether you need to apply for a visa to attend the conference in Brazil.
