Participants are expected to make their own accommodation arrangements.
The main possibilities are listed below. There are four main accommodation categories, distinguished in the first place by cost.

Located between the harbor and the center. Price: ca. 127 euros/night.
Located in the Center. Two types of rooms are available: economy (the cheapest and most basic rooms: ca. 66 euros/night, just room enough to sleep), and commodore (somewhat closer to normal hotel rooms, ca. 77 euros/night).

In addition, there are the following possibilities for cheap(er) accommodation:
Stay in a private home for free, under friendly, but unpredictable conditions. Limited availability. Person-to-person agreement.
Private accomodation based on the Bed & Breakfast model. Offers a wide range of possibilities in Aarhus, both in the city center and close to the conference venue.

People of all ages are welcome at the Danhostel, located close to the beach, in Riisskov forest, slightly outside the city and approximately two kilometers from the conference site.
The price of a bed in a dormitory is 200 DKK/ca. 27 euros. The price for a family room ranges from 456DKK/ca. 61 euros to 684 DKK/ca. 92 euros per night.
