Regular registration
We have the possibility to support at least 15 early career researchers (ECR, <5 years post PhD) to attend the ARCPaC 2026 Conference. The support will include a waiver of the conference registration fee as well as a contribution to cover travel and accommodation expenses.
If you are an ECR and would like to be considered for support, please fill in the ECR application form and submit your abstract and support application as part of the registration. You will be notified soon after the deadline if you are selected for support. In case you are not selected for support at this stage, you will receive a link to pay for the conference registration at the early-bird fee.
All reimbursements will be made after the conference, so hold on to your receipts.
