In order to benefit from the early bird reduced registration fee, registrations must be done before July 26, 2025.
All registration fees include coffee breaks and lunches. The registration fees for the conference and conference + workshops also include the welcome reception on August 26 and the conference dinner on August 28.

Travel and hotel accommodation costs are not included in the registration fee and are the responsibility of each participant - see accommodation details on the "Hotel Accomodations" page on the right.

There is no end date for registering, however, if you register later than August 6th, it is not possible to participate in the welcome reception or the conference dinner. This is due to deadlines set by the catering companies. So, if you want to participate in the social events, make sure to register no later than August 6th.

NOTE: For each accepted paper, at least one of the authors must have a Regular registration (i.e. non-Student registration).
