Monday through Friday lunch will be served in Vandrehallen, at

Vandrehallen is located across from the Conference Center on the other side of the ring road surrounding the center of Aarhus. There is an underground tunnel connecting the two sites. 


Welcome reception - Salling Rooftop

The CONFEST 2025 welcome reception will take place at Salling Rooftop, at

Søndergade 27, 8000 Aarhus

Salling is a Danish department store, located right in the middle of the main shopping street, "Strøget".
Located at the top of the department store is Salling Rooftop, where you get a 360-degree view of the city, and can try Salling SKYWALK - a glass platform that floats 27 meters above Strøget.


Conference dinner - ARos Aarhus Kunstmuseum

The CONFEST 2025 conference dinner is held at the art museum ARoS, at

Aros Allé 2, 8000 Aarhus

Aros is the oldest museum in Denmark not located in Copenhagen, and was founded in 1859 by citizens of Aarhus. It features both permanent as well as changing exhibitions.
The museum is easliy spotted in the city skyline by its charactaristic rainbow exhibtion on top. The rainbow is a circular skywalk by artist Ólafur Elíasson, titled Your rainbow panorama.
