Participants travelling by plane and airport bus will arrive in Aarhus at the airport bus stop in front of the main train station (Banegård).

Bus no. 18 takes you from Aarhus city to Moesgård Museum (conference venue)
“Banegårdspladsen/Park Allé” is the stop closest to the main train station. Buses run every half hour. The trip takes approx. 30 min.

You can buy tickets (DKK 20) in the bus, but you cannot pay with foreign cards; only in Danish coins. You are advised to buy a clip-card (so called klippekort) for 2 zones (=10 tickets for DKK 130), available in every kiosk and 7/11.

Approx. price from Aarhus city to Moesgård is approx. DKK 200. To reduce costs, you might share a taxi with other conference participants.
The Conference Bureau is in “Bassebo” (first entrance in the white building to the left, when you are approaching Moesgård from the allé).

Tuesday, 5th June: 14.00-18.00
Wednesday, 6th June: 8.00-10.00 and 13.00-15.00
Thursday, 7th June: 13.00-15.00
Friday, 8th June 13.00-15.00
All participants should report to the conference bureau when they first arrive at Moesgård.
On Tuesday 5th June, check-in will be in the lunch tent (in the courtyard near the entrance to the lecture hall, where the official opening will take place).
On registering you will receive the conference bag. This will contain the programme (scheduling changes should they occur), abstract book, maps of the town and the Moesgård area, etc.
