Abstract submission is open and closes on May 15, 2024. Note: the number of participants is limited and participation is on a first-come, first-served basis. 

As soon as the received abstracts have been evaluated, the author will be notified whether the abstract is accepted. 

Information to authors on whether to contribute with a poster and/or an oral presentation will be sent out to the author soon after the abstract deadline. The oral/poster categorization of the individual presentation is carefully made with respect to forming a program that covers the full diversity of conference themes, as well as the diversity of participants in terms of gender, career stage, geography, etc.  

All accepted abstracts will be included here on our conference website and distributed in PDF version via e-mailed to all participants before the conference starts.
