Registration fees

Conference registration fee includes meals during the conference and conference pack and also the conference dinner, unless otherwise indicated. Accompanying persons can join the reception and the conference dinner. Participants who register later than August 8^th 2014 will pay the late fee.

The Conference fees in Euro are indicative - payments are due in Danish Kroner and are transferred when registering your participation at the Aarhus University Webshop:

Cancellation/refund policy

Full refunds (net of bank charges) will be provided against written cancellations received no later than August 8^th (3 pm CET).

50 per cent refunds (net of bank charges) will be provided against written cancellations received no later than September 8^th (3 pm CET), after which time no refunds can be provided.

Kindly note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of GCET15.

Visa procedure

If you need a visa, please observe the following procedure:

1. Online registration including the registration payment has to be made. Please note that the secretariat cannot send you required documents unless you complete registration and payment.
2. Visa applications should be filed at a Danish mission abroad. http://um.dk/en/about-us/organisation/find-us-abroad/ 
3. Contact the secretariat by email at GCET15@envs.au.dk. We will prepare required documents and send them to you by postal mail.
4. Please note that the last recommended date for approaching the secretariat on visa documents is July 24^th, 2 months before GCET15.

Official Airline

Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) offers registered GCET15 participants up to 10% discount on published fares (2% on classes K/L/T). Simply log in with the designated event code at SAS Conference and Event booking engine and book your flight. You will find the code indicated at the AU webshop receipt for your registration.
