The closest airport is Aarhus Airport (AAR), located approximately 40 km from Aarhus city center. From the airport, you can reach the city by airport bus, taxi, or rental car.
Although it is the closest, Aarhus Airport has a limited number of connections. Therefore, it might be easier to travel via Billund Airport or Copenhagen.
Many international travelers also arrive via:

Copenhagen Airport (CPH)
• Approximately 3 hours by train to Aarhus
The Aarhus Airport Bus runs between the airport and Aarhus Central Station. The journey takes approximately 45–50 minutes.
From Aarhus Central Station you can reach most hotels and the conference venue by taxi, bus, or a short walk.
Billund Airport (BLL) is an international airport located approximately 95 km from Aarhus.
The easiest way to reach Aarhus from Billund Airport is by bus. Direct buses run regularly between the airport and Aarhus city center, with a travel time of approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.
Taxis and rental cars are also available at the airport. Driving from Billund to Aarhus typically takes about 1 hour 15 minutes depending on traffic.
Copenhagen Airport (CPH) is the main international airport in Denmark, located in Kastrup just outside Copenhagen.
Trains to Aarhus leave directly from the airport for easy transfer, with a travel time of approximately 3 hours.
Aarhus is well connected by train to major Danish cities including Copenhagen, Odense, and Aalborg.
Trains arrive at Aarhus Central Station, located about 10–15 minutes from Navitas by taxi.
Navitas is located on the Aarhus harbor in the Docklands district.
