Join us for a laid-back evening of mingling with friends and colleagues. Take a break from the conference hustle and enjoy some good music, snacks, and drinks in a charming, historic venue.
Centralværkstedet is a hidden gem right in the heart of Aarhus, with buildings dating all the way back to 1862. It's the perfect setting to unwind and connect.

If you would like to get a little exercise before a long day at the congress, there are social options for you both Wednesday and Thursday morning. Just write your name on the lists at congress registration desk on the day before. Both activities are free of charge, but registration is needed for the instructors to prepare the activities.
Wednesday morning 7:00-7:45 MORNING RUN
Meeting point: Outside the main entrance to DGI-huset.
Join us for a guided run in the inner city. Local colleagues will lead a 5 km run, passing some of the city landmarks. A great start to the day and a little sightseeing combined!

Harbor Cruise with Snacks & Bar
For those with no other plans and looking to wind down and enjoy a little more of Aarhus, join us for a scenic harbor cruise. We'll have some tasty snacks and a bar to keep things relaxed as we float along the city-line.

Feeling like a gentle wake-up? Join us for an outdoor yoga session at the Rådhusparken, next to the prominent 1930’s City Hall, by architects Arne Jacobsen and Erik Møller. Listen to the city wake up, as we get moving and ready for the day. All you need to bring is comfortable clothes. No yoga experience is needed.

Conference Gala Dinner
Location: DGI House (on-site at the conference venue)
Get ready for a festive evening with great food, fine wine, and some exciting moments, including speeches and award presentations from the conference competitions.
After dinner, the party continues with Parklife — an energetic Danish party band that brings rock, pop, and pure joy to the stage. Their diverse setlist spans everything from Robbie Williams, Bon Jovi, and The Rolling Stones to beloved Scandinavian gems by A-ha, Roxette, Ace of Base — and yes, even Herreys.
