Registrants may transfer their registration to a colleague at any time, requests must be in writing and sent to KongresKompagniet. There will be no fee for this service.

Cancellation must be in writing and sent to KongresKompagniet revalue2017@kongreskompagniet.dk.

In case of cancellation no later than 22 September, the full amount less a cancellation fee of EUR 20 will be refunded.

In case of cancellation after 22 September, no refund will be made.

ACCOMMODATION:

Please note that you have to book a hotel yourself. You can do this by contacting one of the hotels below recommended for you by the ReValue conference organizers.

The hotels all offer single and double rooms - and some offer triple rooms and rooms for 4 people. Please see below. We have reserved some rooms at each of the hotels below and they can be booked on a first-come-first-served-basis.
Please note that we can only guarantee the prizes below at Cabinn untill October 8 - a month before arrival. At Wake Up and Scandic the prizes are valid untill October 23. After these dates you need to contact the hotels yourself for prizes and local day rates.
