Breakfast
 

• All the hotel rooms that we have booked or prebooked at Scandic Aarhus City or at Scandic The Mayor include breakfast.
• While booking a hotel room that we have prebooked at Wakeup Aarhus, a participant can choose to include breakfast at an additional cost on top of the price of the room.
• Please check the page on accommodation and the automated email sent to you upon submission of the registration form for detailed information.

Lunch
 

We will meet in the Mathematical Canteen every day for lunch (complimentary for every participant) except for the Sunday in between the summer school week and the conference week.

Dinner
 

The summer school and conference dinners will be on the Thursdays of both weeks, i.e. on 7 and 14 August 2025 in the Mathematical Canteen at 19:00.

• There will be a coffee break after the first lecture or talk in the morning every day.
• There will be two coffee breaks in the afternoon on days with lectures or talks in the afternoon.
