• You can collect your name tags, notebooks, and pens during the summer school (Monday, 4 August) and conference (Monday, 11 August) reception events in front of the conference lecture hall (Auditorium F).

Transportation
 

• The links under Transport in the footer of this page contain detailed information, but some of the links in those pages might be broken, so we supplement that with the following.
• Letbane (light rail) lines and buses in Aarhus are managed by Midttrafik, and bus tickets from the Billund and Aarhus airports to Aarhus can be purchased through the Midttrafik website/app or directly on the bus. Major credit cards or cash can be used to purchase these tickets.
• While in Aarhus, letbane and bus tickets can be purchased through the Midttrafik phone app or from the letbane stops.
• Danish national railways are operated by DSB, and the Copenhagen airport has an attached train station. Train tickets from the Copenhagen airport to Aarhus can be purchased through the DSB website/app or at the airport kiosk or help desk. Major credit cards can be used to purchase these tickets.
• Tickets for metro and bus in Copenhagen can be purchased using the DOT app.
