The booths are sold on a first-come-first-served basis. Platinum sponsors have priority selection of booth – a number of booths have been selected for platinum sponsors, however they have the right to choose another booth if desired. When you have booked a sponsorship or booth Kongreskompagniet will send you an exhibitor manual as well as a link to register your booth personally. Please contact Kongreskompagniet if you have any questions etc.
28th July 2018: Please note that it is no longer possible for newly registered sponsors and/or exhibitors to be included in the print version of the programme booklet. However, they will be included in updated electronic versions of the booklet, which will be downloadable from the conference website.
ECOSS provides an excellent opportunity to meet surface scientists from Europe and all over the world, to present your latest instrument and product innovations and discuss the latest advances in surface physics and chemistry. The conference will include highlights from surface science related innovation fields such as heterogeneous catalysis, organic molecular nano-architectures, two-dimensional materials and graphene, nanoelectronics, bio-nanoscience and functional/energy materials.
ECOSS34 is expected to draw around 500 delegates and will take place in Aarhus, the second largest city in Denmark. Aarhus is a very lively city with more than 50,000 university students. It is located on the coast of Jutland with beach, harbour and forest nearby. Aarhus can be accessed by motorway from Hamburg and is served by Aarhus and Billund airports.
The conference venue will be the Scandinavian Congress Centre, Aarhus, Denmark
The Scandinavian Congress Centre is a modern convention centre centrally located in Aarhus with the Concert Hall, City Hall and the Aros museum of modern art as nearest neighbours. The congress centre is associated with the conference hotel, the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel Aarhus, a 4-star hotel with 234 rooms.

The floor plan for the exhibition area at the congress centre is shown below. The positions of 12 m2 booths is flexible, two possible locations are indicated on the figure. Exhibition build-up hours will be 10:00-21:00 on Sunday the 26th August, and break-down will be on Thursday the 30th August between 10:00 and 16:00.

The Scandinavian Congress Centre offers a central location in the city, spacious halls and an integrated exhibition area.
A shell scheme including back and partition walls, spotlights, electricity and Wi-Fi connection. Carpet, table and chairs can be ordered.
Access to all talks, poster sessions and receptions, as well as free coffee.
