Upon arrival and registration, the staff at the Registration and Information Desk informs you about the location of your poster in the exhibition hall and they will provide you with powers strips so that you can mount your poster yourself.

OBS: You must bring your poster already printed as we do not have printing facilities.

Poster sessions overview

The program includes three poster sessions. Each poster will be assigned a number, which will determine the session in which it is presented, as follows:

  • Poster Session 1: Poster numbers ending in 1, 4, 7, etc.

  • Poster Session 2: Poster numbers ending in 2, 5, 8, etc.

  • Poster Session 3: Poster numbers ending in 3, 6, 9, etc.

You will present your poster during the session corresponding to your assigned number. During the remaining two sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to view and engage with other participants' presentations.

One Minute Madness – Oral Poster Pitches

To kick off the poster sessions with energy and engagement, we begin with "One Minute Madness"—a rapid round of oral poster pitches. Each presenter will have 60 seconds to highlight the key message of their poster.

To accompany your pitch, please prepare one slide or one visual token that represents your poster content.
