Presenter/poster information

Oral Presentations

• The symposium does not provide a presentation template, so you are welcome to use your own preferred slide format and design.
• Please include a conflict-of-interest disclosure slide in your presentation. If you have no conflicts of interest to declare, please indicate this on the slide by stating "No conflicts of interest to declare."
   

Poster Board Size

• Each poster will be displayed on a freestanding poster board measuring 150 cm (width) × 120 cm (height).
• The board is in landscape orientation.

Poster Format

• Posters must be prepared in landscape orientation.
• The maximum poster size is 150 cm × 120 cm (width × height).
• A0 landscape format is recommended (approximately 120 cm wide × 85 cm high), which fits comfortably within the available poster board area.

Poster number

• Each poster board will be assigned a unique number.
• Please mount your poster on the board corresponding to your assigned poster number.
• Poster numbers will be communicated to presenters by email in August 2026.

Poster placing

• Posters should be ready to be attached to the poster board upon arrival at the symposium venue on September 2.
• Supplies will be provided by the organizers.
