Travel and accommodation are not included.
You may cancel your registration within 14 days of the date of registration. However, if you register fewer than 14 days before the registration deadline, you can cancel no later than the registration deadline.
All cancellations must be submitted by email to gbs-symposium@clin.au.dk or via the self‑service link provided in your registration confirmation.
Aarhus University reserves the right to cancel events due to low attendance or a force majeure event.
A limited number of travel grants are available. Travel grants are intended for early-career presenters. Information on the eligibility criteria and the application process is available in the application form.
