Information for Speakers

The available time for presentations is 30 minutes for invited speakers and 20 minutes for contributed talks.

This allotted time encompasses presentation, questions and time for change-over between speakers.  It is therefore required that speakers time their presentations to be no longer than 25 minutes for invited speakers and 15 minutes for contributed speakers.

Speakers are requested to upload their PowerPoint presentation in the morning or during the lunch break on the day of their presentation. A Windows-PC and a Mac are available for projection. Speakers are encouraged not to use their own laptop but exceptions can be made in special cases.

Please hand in your PowerPoint presentation on a USB memory stick in the lecture room from 8:00 in the morning and also during the last half hour of the lunch breaks.
