Student Meeting

Wednesday 16th of August

Venue: Aarhus University, Fredrik Nielsens Vej 4, Building 1422, Room 132 "Preben Hornung Stuen"

Nordtek introduction by Peter Göranson, Secretary General

Focus group workshop

Discuss students experiences from studying STEM at your university

- What has been really good?

- What has been not quite as good?

- Have you been taught sustainability? And if so - in what way?

- Do we have any ideas on how to improve the STEM studying experience? (preparatory work for the 16-17 discussion)

Have the following things ready for presentation and discussion:

- A proposal/idea for teaching people fundamental engineering skills?

- A proposal/idae for how to incorporate sustainability into STEM educations? Project work, specific courses etc.

- Any other ideas that could be incorporated into STEM educations in general that would improve the experience?

- How can NORDTEK be used to improve the educations for the member universities?
