If you are bringing a poster to the workshop (i.e. you sent in an abstract for a poster), please follow the guidelines below.

Please bring a poster in maximal size A0-PORTRAIT (841 x 1189 mm). Our primary constraint in the room is going to be width-wise, so anything wider than that is likely going to cause problems.

Please hang up your poster as soon as possible, so people have time to enjoy them, and to have them ready for the "posters and beer" event on Tuesday. Each poster-board will be marked with numbers. Please hang your poster by the number assigned to your poster in the conference book (which will be made available before the workshop).
