On Monday, August 22nd, we will initiate ALGO 2016 with a welcome reception at the Sea Lake Auditorium from 7.30 pm (after the ESA Business Meeting).
The ALGO 2016 conference dinner will take place on Tuesday, August 23rd, at one of the main centers of culture in Aarhus, namely Godsbanen, located downtown. The local kitchen, Spiselauget, will be hosting our dinner, noted for their love of local organic ingrediens and informal and rustic environment.
Busses will be departuring from the Sea Lake Auditorum taking you to the conference dinner. Details and specific time will be announced at the webpage.
On Wednesday, August 24th we welcome conference participants to a barbecue, located at the Math Canteen (where we also have lunch), in the classic Danish spirit with roast pork (alternatives will be provided) and beer.
All conference participants will be given a voucher for the ARoS artmuseum for free entry - ask for it at the registration desk. During the conference the special exhibition by Grayson Perry, 'Hold your beliefs lightly' will be displayed at the museum.
The museum is specially open until 10 pm on Wednesdays.
