Poster area

The posters will hang in the break area right outside to the auditorium, which makes them availble during all symposium breaks.

Poster hanging

Please hang up your poster during "Registration & Welcome Reception" from 18-20 on 2 October after you have registered yourself at the symposium registration desk located in the lobby by the hotel entrance.

Guidelines for poster presentation

Half of the posters will be presented  the "poster session break"on the 3 October during, and the other half of the posters will be presented  during the "poster session break" on the 4 October.

There will be free poster time and real poster sessions as outlined in the programme, see schedule below here. During the poster sessions the authors should be ready to present their posters.

18:00 - 20:00 Registration, poster hanging, and welcome reception

Thursday 3 Oct
10:20 - 10:50 Coffee break and free poster time
14:40 - 15:20 Coffee break and poster session (poster presentors are available at their posters)

Friday 4 Oct
09:45 - 10:30 Coffee break and poster session (poster presentors are available at their posters)
