SHELLFISH SOUP with mixed shellfish and sea truffle cream.
BEEF TENDERLOIN - Whole roasted beef tenderloin with slow cooked beef cheek with roasted root vegetables, mashed potatoes with bacon and red wine sauce.
PAVLOVA with vanilla cream and berries
Menu for vegan/vegetarians:
PUMPKIN SALAT (VEGAN) with roasted pumpkin, seeds, pomegranate and citrus oil.
GRILLED VEGETABLES (VEGAN) - Grilled zucchini, Portobello mushroom, cauliflower with barley and Úlla la sauce (Our head chef´s name is Úlli)
COCOS PANNA COTTA (VEGAN) with mango.
With the menu comes water and sodas.
Guests are welcome to order further drinks, such as beer and wine, from the bar at their own cost.
