KongresKompagniet has made preliminary hotel reservations in different categories in Aarhus city centre, details for which you can find below. Please state your preference when you register for the conference. In order to obtain the prices specified on this page your booking must be made through the KongresKompagniet. Hotel rooms are booked on a first-come first-served basis.
In order to guarantee the booking of a room via KongresKompagniet you need to register for ECAMP11 by the 1st of May 2013.
All prices are inclusive of breakfast and taxes. Payment for accommodation must be made directly to the hotel upon departure.
