Anyone wishing to attend the ECAMP11 conference must submit a completed registration form.

*Students need to supply an official statement from their university/research institution/thesis supervisor that certifies that they are registered as (graduate) students to qualify for this fee. The letter should be sent electronically to KongresKompagniet (ecamp11-student@kongreskompagniet.dk) shortly after registering for the conference.

When registering for the conference please indicate on the form if you wish to participate in the various social events, even if they are included in the registration fee. This is so that we obtain numbers for catering purposes.
KongresKompagniet has made preliminary hotel reservations in different categories in Aarhus city centre, details for which you can find here. Please state your preference when you register for the conference. In order to obtain the prices specified on this page your booking must be made through the KongresKompagniet. Hotel rooms are booked on a first-come first-served basis.
All prices are inclusive of breakfast and taxes. Payment for accommodation must be made directly to the hotel upon departure.
KongresKompagniet will send you a confirmation of your registration and hotel registration upon receipt of your registration form and fee. Please bring these receipts with you for presentation at the registration desk on your arrival.
Payment for the conference should be made in Danish Kroner (DKK) via bank transfer or with a credit card. Please note that there is an additional fee of 3.75% on payments made using a credit card.
Please ensure that all documents relating to the payment of fees include your name, address and ECAMP11 as a reference.
The account details for a bank transfer can be found on the KongresKompagniet website when you register.
Cancellation no later than 10th June 2013 the full amount (incl. Thursday afternoon excursions) less a cancellation fee of 1150 DKK / 150 EUR will be refunded. Cancellation after 10th June 2013, no refund will be made.
