PhD students presenting a poster and participating in the full meeting will receive a certificate for participation in 2 ECTS course activities from Aarhus University.
Each speaker will electronically provide documentation of the most important basics and cutting edge research results to all participants. The documentation is available for registered participants only two weeks before the meeting.
Two poster sessions will allow interaction between young and experienced scientists. Poster prizes will be given to young scientists to honour their outstanding scientific achievements.
The list of invited speakers is constantly updated. Furthermore, other speakers will be invited based on the submitted abstracts.
Each invited speaker will be requested to start the presentation with a short general introduction to the specific research field, then provide an overview of the research frontiers including own and others work, and finally present a conclusion that includes an outlook for future research directions. The aim of this organization of all talks is that both young and experienced researchers have a chance to learn something new.
Furthermore, each speaker will be requested to provide their presentations, relevant selected research papers and review papers. All documentation will be available 2 weeks prior to the meeting on a closed web site where only participants can access.
