Conference attendees are encouraged to submit contributions (max. four pages) for consideration as oral or poster presentation at the conference. 
 
Following the tradition of earlier IC3DDose conferences, the presenters at the conference can choose to have their contribution considered for publication in the conference proceedings, which will be published open access in Journal of Physics: Conference Series.

The submission of all contributions will be done through the journal platform, irrespectively of whether authors opt in or out of subsequent publication. Papers submitted for publication must present original material and adhere to the licensing agreements, ethical policies, and style guides of Journal of Physics: Conference Series.

Submissions must be completed by March 20, 2024.

Immediately after the submission deadline, all contributions are evaluated by members of the International Scientific Committee and the Local Organizing Committee. Based on this evaluation, papers are either accepted (oral or poster) or rejected. Authors will be informed on this decision, and accepted papers are transferred to the peer review process (for contributions that have chosen publication).
