European Capitals of Culture

Reflections and retrospective analyses on previous and ongoing ECoC as well as discussions on lasting cultural effects, collaborations and artistic development. The presentations incorporate both national and European contexts to ECoC Bid strategies and approaches as well as theories on cultural and political interconnections.
